Recipe
 Roasted Red Salsa Ingredients
Prep Time: 15 min  Total Time: 2hr Servings:6+
  •  1 1/2 ponds roma tomatoes quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 juice of a lime
 Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275.  Place roma tomatoes in a bowl with minced garlic and olive oil and toss until covered.  
  2. Once evenly coated spread out onto a lined baking sheet.  Place in oven and cook for about 1 1/2 hours checking on them occasionally.
  3. Once the tomatoes are roasted, remove and place in food processor with all the other ingredients and blend.
  4. Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
Tomatillo Avocado Salsa Ingredients
Prep Time: 15 min  Total Time: 15 min Servings:6+
  • 6 Tomatillos with paper skin removed then cubed
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 juice of a lime
 Instructions
    1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.  Refrigerate
